Chicken Pot Pi...Something yummy to warm your tummy!<br />Chicken Pot Pie <br />1 can Cream of Potato Soup<br />1 can Cream of Chicken<br />1 16 oz can Veg-all, drained<br />2 cups cooked chicken, cubed<br />¼ c milk<br />¼ t thyme<br />¼ t pepper<br />Chives and onions to taste<br />1 c shredded cheddar cheese<br />2 pie crusts<br /><br />Combine first 8 ingredients. Pour into pie crust. Top with cheese and crust. Bake uncovered 375 for 50 minutes. Cool 10 before serving.<br /><br />Freezes very well. I usually double the recipe and keep one for later. If cooking frozen, be sure to adjust the time you cook it. I usually pull it out of the freezer the day before I want to make it. Enjoy!!<br /><br />I also use this recipe with my leftover pot roast and gravy. Its very yummy as well. Substitute the roast for the chicken.
